Unknown Flag Errors for Recipe Categories.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Attached File
2. Check For Errors
3. Receive Errors in Message Window

3.0.26 FNVEdit, Windows 7 64x

Please provide any additional information below.
As near as I can tell, all of the unknown flags on the Recipe Categories serve 
no purpose. When Creating new from scratch Recipes in the GECK no unknown flags 
appear, even when the Subcategory? box is checked. I will remove all of these 
flags and determine if they truly serve no purpose in the game.

In all likelihood, there is nothing wrong with FNVEdit and these Unknown errors 
are truly errors.
