Adding open and close functionalities #20

☢In this PR I am adding various functionalities like:

⚡ The hamburger menu(open,close and select functions). ⚡ You can also find the same functionalities in the work section, specifically in the project opening buttons. ⚡ Added to this I work a little more on other functionality on my own it's a cancel scroll-down function, this executes in case you have opened a pop-up or the hamburger button it works in both versions(Desktop and Mobile).
