This is an update for the UK keyboard layout. It only affects the 4-row
keyboard and does the following:
- normal layout: add £ to popup for 'e' (since it common to find it with
Shift+3 on a UK keyboard)
- normal layout: add $ to popup for 'r' (since it common to find it with
Shift+4 on a UK keyboard)
- symbol layout: replace $ with £ (adding $ to the popup)
- symbol+shift layout: replace £ with $.
