[Feature Request] Add an active taskbar option in the tasks color #417

Hello
I guess adding something to choose specific fonts color for {normal, active, 
urgent, iconified} tasks whether or not the user is on a desktop (like the 
Active Taskbar Background Id) is a good idea.
