How disable transparency? #439

How disable transparency? After last update i cant disable transparency. My 
tint2 panel now eat 45 mb ram, before eat 4 mb.

List update, after which there was transparency:

Merging with 432 since a workaround to disable transparency for that one would 
also fix this.
