What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Tint2 on a PekWM Session

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected a "normal" tint2, but instead, I got a tint2 with a window borders
(not sure if these are window borders, because it has no window buttons). The
borders are located at the top and at the bottom of tint2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use tint2-svn 652-3 on Arch Linux x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I ran xprop and clicked tint2, but the ONLY information shown is this:
_NET_WM_WINDOW_OPACITY(CARDINAL) = 4252017624
Yes, ONLY.

I have this in my PekWM autoprops file:
Property = "^panel, ^tint2" {
        ApplyOn = "Start New Reload"
        Titlebar = "False"
        Border = "False"
        Sticky = "True"
        Layer = "Dock"
        Skip = "FocusToggle Menus"
        Focusable = "False"
        DisallowedActions = "Move"
}
