Network manager icon doesn't appear #445

Hi,

For 2 weeks, when I boot the system, everything works fine excepted that the
network manager icon doesn't appear. However the system is connected to my home
network.

I'm using tint2 on Viperr, a Fedora remix.

Any idea?

This is probably not a problem in tint2.

Network-manager has known bugs related to the systray behavior. For instance:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1301158

If it is not visible in other panels also (e.g. xfce-panel or gnome-panel),
this is not a problem in tint2.

Could you please let us know if this still occurs, and if it occurs with other
panels?
