Display panel on multiple monitors, but not all #447

I would like to display tint2 panel on multiple monitors but not all. For 
example, something like this:
panel_monitor = (2, 4, 5)

Is there a way to do it that is not documented? If so, can you please add to 
documentation? If not, what is involved in adding this feature?

A possible workaround would be running more instances of the panel, if we fix 
issue 196.
