minimize/maximize/close buttons

Hi tint2-people,

I have created a patch which allows adding minimize/maximize/close buttons for 
tasks to the tint2 panel, here is a video demonstration:

Please read the video description. I hope you find this useful, i think it's a 
neat addition to tint2 :)

Marking it as Enhancement.

Setting priority to Low, since I am not sure this belongs to tint2 since:
* you can already minimize/maximize/close windows from tint2 using the 
configurable mouse click actions;
* minimize/maximize/close buttons usually belong to the window manager 
decorations, not the taskbar.
