Needs a UI and back-end component.

Teachers can create group discussions that all students for a course can access. Teachers and students can create new posts to the discussion, or comment on already existing posts.

Teacher can create multiple discussions, students can choose between different discussions.

I added the Thread and Post tables to the DB

Ok great! I'll hopefully be able to pull and check out the newest version of the project later tonight.
