We would need to change the default background file: https://github.com/muecoin/MUE/blob/master/src/qt/res/images/walletFrame_bg.png
to this: https://github.com/muecoin/insignia/blob/master/MUE/walletFrame_bg.png
and prepare the wallet to use different themes, that the user can change depending on a light color theme, dark color theme. We will be using multiple themes moving forwards as part of a community campaign.
