Provide a repository for sawinlist.el #24

Hi,

it would be great if you could provide a git repository for Sawinlist.el. For myself I copied it here, but that's only temporary: https://gist.github.com/zilti/54c37e0f8316cfc3803ad1bbf85d3471

That way, people can install it using el-get and/or melpa (I'll gladly create recipes to keep those up-to-date, just give me a nudge as soon as there's a repository).

Does it need to be a isolated repo or is it enough to include it in the sawfish-extras repo?

(I never even had emacs installed, you know I'm from the other side; using vim)
