Dockerize food-pics deployment #3

Wanna see if I can figure out how to deploy the webhook code in a container. This would involve either a rewrite to circumvent the Redis client, or doing a docker-compose with a dockerized Redis deployment in tandem with it. Not sure if it'll even work.
