Donate page copy in description #102

When you visit on a donate page right now the copy in the description says

Example (https://saytheirnames.io/donate/donate-to-regis-korchinski-paquet): 

Donate Regis Korchinski-Paquet by donating here

This should say

Donate to Regis Korchinski-Paquet by going here

and make the "here" a link.

Last night I updated the copy here: https://github.com/Say-Their-Name/say-their-names-api/pull/41/files. I think it's just waiting for the next deploy.
