Description (Please type a clear and concise description below) Currently, If a user clicks through to Page 3 in the ALL tab, and then clicks on VICTIMS tab, it is empty until they go back to Page 1 in ALL. Likewise, if a user is on Page 2 in ALL, and clicks to VICTIMS, they will be in Page 2 VICTIMS.

We can automatically go back to page 1 when switching tabs, would that solution work?
