Feature request: Code folding for structured data #95

For instance in java and xml, where you have the notion of blocks, it would
be nice if the code could fold, much like popular IDEs, and Notepad++.
I realize that this is probably a monstrous undertaking, but I figured I
might as well throw it out there.
