errors in README.MD #40

pip commands are actually don't work with Python 3.7, while Python 3.10 complete it without any error.

"Edit "model_dir"(line 152) in utils.py" should be replaced by "Edit "model_dir"(line 156) in utils.py" because it no longer correct.

Strongly advised to emphasize the importance to modify "config.json" because someone may NOT aware while reading README.MD because only 3 lines mentioned that.

I think, the default conf just works at colab ... 哈哈，UP主现在旅游去了估计，都几个月没有回复消息了。
