Problem with importing network #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Columbia.dlp
2. NEXTA shows a dialog that says "the link length information in link.csv is 
not consistent with the X/Y coordinates in node.csv. Do you want to readjust 
the X/Y coordinates in node.csv
3. Click Yes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Nexta updates the x/y coordinates in node.csv.  Nexta crashes!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Nexta version 3 Beta.  Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attached a zipped file with all of the input data.
