What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Vehicle Analysis Tool on the MOE Toolbar
2. Press the ESC key on the keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ESC key is used for different purposes in different programs, but it is 
often expected to close windows or clear a selection. Pressing the ESC key 
while the Vehicle Analysis window is open results in opening the Data Summary 
Dialog. This is the equivalent of using the "Vehicle Data Analysis for Listed 
OD Pairs" button in the Vehicle Analysis window - it performs the same action 
if an OD pair is selected before pressing the ESC key.
