Trip simulation problem #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a matrix in the OD Table GUI (input_demand.csv)
2. Try reloading demands (note no trips shown)
3. Try running the simulation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that DTA would find the trips

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexta3.1.2 - Windows 7 64 bit

to attach your project folder (as a zip file) using the attach file option
below. If your file is larger than 10MB, consider sharing your files using
a link to an external service with public sharing (Dropbox, FTP, etc.).

format_type should be matrix input_demand_meta_data.csv.
