I just rearranged the caption for fig 7 into the form: "(1) what is the plot about, (2) specific details of plot, like what type of display and how variables are mapped, (3) the most important thing that the reader should learn."
but in doing the last part of the re-writing, it reveals that this isn't a great example. the pattern in the violins isn't different between weekend and weekday. i think you need to either drop plot (c) for simplicity, or find a different example.
hopefully you understand the caption structure (above) as applied to this plot. it is the format you need to do for all other plots.
