This is a bunch of random stuff I've wanted to add for a while. This PR:

Adds a news system (based on the forums, very simple)
Adds a simple search system for users/items (just SQL likes)
Removes all the database template filters
Allow logging in with your email
Started a recover account thingie... Need to figure out how to make this secure...
