CSS Cleanup, Free Items, and Fixes #158

This is the long awaited pull request that fixes the css for npc interactions. It also fixes a bug where not being logged into a google account while playing results in broken image links due to an incorrect url.

Meeting with Rufus in the town square now gives the opportunity to get "free" items.

Bad words were renamed to removed words, to help ease confusion surrounding what they're supposed to represent. I added some historical figures to the list, but we'll need to really think about it for the future as to avoid problematic soul names.
