Extend items with human avatar functionality. #26

A sort of subclass-type features. Items can reference a human avatar behavior which defines how they appear when used in human avatar dressup.

Marking as deferred since I think we should go ahead and launch without human avatars for simplicity. (frees up the art budget some)
