Write Javascript tests for avatar.Avatar, arcade.LineBlocks #66

Created to help narrow the scope of #12.

Create tests to make sure these two things run. Basic 'does it run' tests for LineBlocks will suffice.

I believe that avatar.Avatar still deserves it's own non-frontend tests, but I'm closing this issue in favor of #95.
