Migrate db #81

Long story short I figured this was worth merging even though some things are still broken just to help get things unblocked. Forums work, although the admin panel doesn't so you can't create new boards. Also once this is merged into your branch Noddy, I'm going to go ahead and suggest a merge into master.

Some things that are still broken are messages, notifications, the admin panel, saving your avatar, sending currency, and others. Long term the plan is to go completely off of ndb and I'm going to keep at it, but I figured now was as good a time as any to get some feedback.
