Dungeons Panning + Zooming #98

Does some things, doesn't do some other things.

Adds WheelIndicator as a static lib to handle scroll events cross platform, updates Pixi, fixes a minor Gulp issue, adds a debug option.

Pan + Zoom in action.

Resolves #97

Unsure why the Travis build fails, seems to work fine locally. Seems to be related to the WheelIndicator lib.
