Players in devcam mode look around based on mouse input #85

Repro Steps:

  1. Join the game
  2. Press F2 to enter devcam mode
  3. Position the camera so that you are looking at your character
  4. Move the mouse button around

Expected Result: Your character will continue to look in the direction that they were looking when you had entered devcam mode.

Actual Result: Your character will look all over the place when you move your mouse.

Additional Notes: This issue makes it difficult to take certain kinds of screenshots, and ends up making a lot of group photos look awkward.
