Correct typos in chapter 6 and minor content change to 6.3.1 #108

Mostly just changes to wording / correcting typos. Only true content change was in section 6.3.1 where changed definition of Z-score and added reference to central limit theorem.

oh my I never even saw this! How is this possible?! sorry. just triggered travis build again, seems to have died last time round. thanks for the fix!
