Abstract all logic on Debug Page to Scaffold Hooks

Issue Overview

Currently Debug Page uses Starknet React hooks. Considering to use Scaffold Stark hooks instead so that we can unify and sync the functionality of the debug page and the scaffold hooks.

Proposed Solutions or Ideas

• Refactor the ReadOnlyFunctionForm, ContractVariables, and WriteOnlyFunctionForm reading hooks into scaffold hooks
• Include parsing on scaffold hooks
• ~Introduce an optional parsing flag to give the users more freedom on parsing the input data~
• Add documentation regarding feature changes

My background and how it can be leveraged

I'm Poulav Bhowmick, with a robust background in TypeScript, fullstack development and blockchain technology. My experience includes building robust applications, optimizing functionalities and blockchain integration. I have actively participated in events and open source contributions, enhancing my capability to tackle real-world tech challenges. My projects can be viewed on my GitHub Profile and OnlyDust Profile. Plus I´m active member of Starknet community🇷. This is my first contribution to Quantum3 Labs' Repositories.

How I plan on tackling this issue

• I will create new scaffold hooks for read and write operations in separate files:

  hooks/useScaffoldContractRead.ts
  hooks/useScaffoldContractWrite.ts 

• I will move the common logic from ReadOnlyFunctionForm, ContractVariables, and WriteOnlyFunctionForm into these new hooks.
• I will update the existing components to use the new scaffold hooks.
• I will add a parsing layer in the useScaffoldContractRead.ts hook.
• I will implement parsing functions for common Starknet data types.
• I will allow for custom parsing functions to be passed as options.
• I will add a parsing option to the scaffold hooks (e.g., { parsing: boolean }).
• I will implement logic to return both raw and parsed data when parsing is true, and only raw data when it's false.
• I will set the default value of parsing to true for backward compatibility.

I think is better to not add a flag for parsing, if users want to do the parsing on their own, they have to use the native hooks of starknet-react @metalboyrick
