Fixes #9 (for windows at least). Not sure if Linux is suffering the same issue or not.

Thanks. Was there an update recently? If not I must've just missed this.

The launcher says the last patch was July 4th so this has likely been broken for some time. It probably just went unnoticed because so few people use windows as a server host platform.

Ah, last time I remember updating this was before July so that explains the recent issues. I'll doublecheck everything when I get the chance.
