Fix Contacts page redirection #111

Closes #110

Corrections have been made:

  1. Fixed links in files to redirect to thank you pages correctly. (Files: Contacts.md(ua/en), Thank-you.md[en])
  2. Fixed the link to the main page of the site for the Home page button and the link to the Contacts page for the Contact us button.(File: hugo.toml)
  3. The text on the page has been corrected in some places. (File: Contacts.md[ua])
