For this to happen:

[x] Need to set up a Heroku instance.
[x] Create a static HTML page. (#6)
[x] Make it Heroku-deployable with Play framework. (#3, #4)

The choices are as follows:

Dynamically generated content over single-page application because it is more accessible and has fewer moving parts (no need to build an API & deal with frontend difficulty).
Play framework is my speciality and scales very well.
Heroku because we will be serving dynamically generated content and works well with GitHub and Play.
