Revert "bug report template" #116

Reverts ScaleComputing/HyperCoreAnsibleCollection#100 Template name must be unique. Bug report template already existed and this is causing issues. Revert required. We keep the ones that Sam made.

I agree. I left PR opened only if you @domendobnikar wanted to add some questions to template Sam added. Qeustions like tell me ansible version, with copy-paste command to show the version etc).
