Support extra NICs with VLAN in role template2vm. Also fix missing default values for optional params. Add integration tests.

Also remove jinja2 templating from an assert in iso test.

https://github.com/ScaleComputing/HyperCoreAnsibleCollection/actions/runs/9142977231 virtualDisk on HC3 9.2 is experimental, it does not work with ubuntu image we use, so we will skip this test on HC3 9.2.
