Pulling in the latest dev-branch #218

What's changed:

Various Bugfixes for Postgres and Redshift Adapter
New and extended Global variables for rsrc_default_dtype, timestamp_default_dtype, stg_default_dtype, derived_columns_default_dtype
The ldts in the staging is now explicitly cast to the timestamp_default_dtype
