Task

Add functionality support account roles.
Roles should be:
- No read/write access: Can't search data or submit data to the database.
- Read Access can view/search data entries but can't submit new data.
- Write Access can submit new data but can't access submitted data.
- Read/Write has both privileges to searching and submitting data.
Default role should be no read/write and app would be only usable locally. Just like offline mode.

Admin Side:

Admin app should be able to assign accounts any role.
Should also be able to revoke roles.

Mobile Side:

Retrieve role data on login and give user access to the features their role allows.

Will have 2 boolean elements to each user document in the credentials collection. Write & Read, admin app will be able to set those to true/false and mobile app will respond accordingly
