Changes

Implemented multi-level support for field deletion in the admin app.
Implemented a basic version of #41
Added an Export Entry button to data input screen in the admin app.
Clicking the button uploads the entry to a folder in google drive that includes:
- A csv file with the data entry.
- The photos that are uploaded with the entry.
Event alerts the user with a link to the folder or an error message.
