Thanks for finding this issue!

It seems that whilst Firefox automatically reloads the image, I was able to replicate this issue in MS Edge. I have tested a small tweak to the HTML template that forces MS Edge to reload the image each time the page refreshes. I'll upload this to GitHub (done).
