The code uses a makro _-_VERSIONTAG_-_ which is replaced by setup.py at build time with the actual reason. This is used to keep away problems with aggressive caching of resources etc. After #6 it is not used for js imports any more, but it is still used for css links in some (but not all!) files, as well as some other links in root.html. If it is necessary still, it should probably be used for all css links.
🏁 DoD
If no-longer necessary:
[ ] remove _-_VERSIONTAG_-_ from all code
[ ] remove this step from setup.py and any functions in setup_tools.py used for this.
If still necessary:
[ ] make sure _-_VERSIONTAG_-_ is used consistently for all css links.
