regridding button #114

Currently it does not work to activate manual regridding in the experimental branch. The box won't tick in neither firefox nor chromium. Tried clicking several times in other boxes as well which sometimes works.

Is this specific to a particular project or all projects?

Tried to copy all the contents of a different analysis project into my template gridding analysis folder expect the grid files. It seems to have made it available again, however, the adjustments seem to be a bit off, had to use a parameter of 4 to move 2 steps for one plate.

This is strange, gridding only uses the grid-files and the compilation file. If you used another compilation file, then that may cause grid to be shown as off the colonies as it may have cut out a slightly different part of the image than was actually used during the real gridding.
