MatLab.dll missing #13

I ran a command in cmd, and there was a missing file when I entered it. I also tried dragging the .numatb file over the executable, which I heard from someone that it sho unknown uld create a .xml file, nothing appeared when I dragged it over.

There was a publishing issue with MatLab on the latest release. Try downloading the executable again from https://github.com/Ploaj/SSBHLib/releases and let me know if you're still getting the same error.
