Docking support #99

This will make the UI more flexible and better take advantage of larger screens. This library looks promising, but doesn't yet support detaching tabs to make floating windows. This might work well as is for the existing panels like the files list, anim list, mesh list, and animation bar. https://github.com/Adanos020/egui_dock

The latest version has improved features, so this is probably worth including.
