BNTX file without empty string in _STR section does not load #9

I have tried to convert this bntx file into png through both the cli and gui version, but neither works. The bntx file is attached (in a zip), and here is the cmd log after executing the cli.

How was this file created? Switch Toolbox is able to load the BNTX you uploaded. If it also works in game, I'll try and look into fixing this. You can just start with the unmodified in game file with the current version of the GUI or CLI for now. I'm able to convert root/ui/replace/chara/chara_2/chara_2_koopajr_02.bntx to and from DDS without issues.

It's from this mod.

One of the users for this tool that uses ultimate_tex_cli reported the issue.

I'll try and look into fixing this when I get a chance. For now, people can always use the vanilla files as a base if custom ones aren't working.
