Checkboxes for separate application of margins #26

I think it would be beneficial if users could choose to apply just specified margins to a specified set of pages which could look like in the picture, and be grayed out when the "Auto Margins" option is selected:

@mrelg By a "specified set of pages" you mean inputting page numbers or selecting them with the Ctrl key and mouse?
