[Feature request] Page size. #60

Hi @vigri , @lightsilverberryfox .

In books, the typographic size of the sheet is indicated. For example, 60x90 1/16. For this size, the size in other units (mm, inches) is known. I would like to set the size of the resulting pages, according to these sizes (inch * DPI).
