Add video link to readme #69

Thank you very much for this PR. I've to questions:

  1. Are you the author of this video? If yes, can me make this video "public"? When I open your link I'm forced to create a vimeo account to watch the video
  2. The uploaded video is 13 years old. What do you think, is this still "up to date" despite the age?

The author of this video is Joseph Artsimovich (tulon), the creator of the original Scan Tailor. I'm not sure if it should be added without at least a heads-up about its origin and age.

hmm can you check again? I don't need to login to Vimeo to watch it. So I guess it's public anyway.

I think as long as the UX is not much different, then we can reuse the videos?

I can watch it without using an account. Maybe it's region blocked. I guess it adds some value to the documentation, but it needs further explaining.

@ooker777 Thanks a lot for bringing this up, I did not know Tulon had made videos about ScanTailor. This is quite interesting.
