[Feature request] split functionaity of "Match size with other pages" #85

Using "Match size with other pages" can be frustrating because "referent" width and height keep jumping around between pages.

I suggest possible solutions:

  1. Splitting "Match size with other pages" into "Receive size from other pages" and "Provide size to other pages"
  2. Adding "Freeze size" along with "Match size with other pages" checkbox
  3. Defining a master page
