[MAUI] Cannot test samples due to error while restoring NuGet packages

Repro steps

Clone the datacapture-dotnet-samples repository
Try to build any Barcode MAUI project

Expected behaviour

The project build correctly and you can execute it on an Android device

Actual behaviour

An error occurs while trying to restore Scandit.DataCapture.Barcode NuGet package with the following error: Error occurred while restoring NuGet packages: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\<MyUser>\.nuget\packages\scandit.datacapture.barcode\6.19.3\content\ScanditBarcodeCaptureiOS.resources\ScanditBarcodeCapture.xcframework\ios-arm64_x86_64-simulator\ScanditBarcodeCapture.framework\Headers\SDCBarcodePickViewHighlightStyleRectangularWithIcons.h'.

Notes

Even while trying to delete the nuget package locally and trying a new restore won't resolve it.
Latest beta release 6.20.0-beta.1 also have this issue
