Xcode 13.2.1 Can't resolve the package URL #2

using package URL https://github.com/Scandit/datacapture-spm and selecting products ScanditBarcodeCapture & ScanditCaptureCore

Xcode 13.2.1 is not able to resolve the pakcage url
